Happy Monday - We Start the Week Off with Corkscrew


Today’s exercise is Corkscrew

The (less advanced) version of Corkscrew - where you don’t add the shoulder stand - is all about stabilising the shoulders and upper body while negotiating the weight of the pelvis and legs. This exercise gives us so much feedback on our side to side symmetry (or lack there of)

  • Version One: The roller offers support

  • Version Two: Are your legs working evenly? The roller held this way will def let you know.

  • Version Three: Just for fun for body and brain 🧠😁

  • Notice which direction feels easier to do and “talk” to the side that needs a bit more encouragement.
