Side Leg Kicks Kneeling

Time for Day 25 of March MATness!


Side Leg Kicks Kneeling is a challenge even without the Roller, but let’s go!

  • Bring the bottom rib forward to stay square to the front

  • Holding up the legs is even harder when the raise hand starts higher

  • Getting into the kneel on the roller is already a challenge but then the fun begins!!

we love the challenge of instability, right?
