Seal we know and love but Crab is a hard one - watch your knees!

  • This is a lovely way to do Seal since it really allows you to feel what you can do to prevent collapsing your shape - lift your hips for suspension

  • Balancing on your knees always up the ante - you will wiggle and as a special bonus most likely get a hamstring cramp🤣
