Day 26 of March MATness!

It’s the last week and I’m so glad you’re still with me!!


Today’s exercise is Side Bend

  • Both variations require shoulder strength and is a great way to build it if you stay mindful

  • If the arm position doesn’t feel right, make sure to adjust it

  • Even if your inner thighs aren’t touching pull them together!

make sure to make it a Bend!
