I love Boomerang because I feel like I always have to be one step ahead of myself which strangely keeps me in the present moment

  • Version one challenges you to pick the legs up from a stretched abdominal wall - how low can you (safely) take the legs?

  • The struggle is real in version two and is a balance challenge as you move that roller behind you
