Dive in with Me for Today’s March MATness Exercise
Yep, it’s time for Swimming which is where you really figure out if you can hold your arms up from your back
When you hold the roller in front of you don’t push it away but try to pull it towards you instead
For the second version you’re lifting alternate arms and legs - move slowly so you can catch those shoulders wanting to rise
Last you’ll try to lift both arms up (while firmly pressing both feet down) and paddle yourself over the water to some tropical paradise

Wow, look at when I first wrote this! I think it’s pretty dang good because it talks about loads of other exercises that can support your quest for smooth, beautiful Swimming
