Let’s Rock and Roll on Day 9 of March Matness!


Today’s exercise is Open Leg Rocker

I love this exercise but I know not everyone does. For me the roller always makes it more challenging but I still have fun, do you?

  • With the roller connected to the legs (either way) work on the oppositional energy and connection of the hands with the legs.

  • You will feel your quads & hip flexors - hooray - we want them to be strong!

  • Remember, hands on the mat while you’re balanced on top of the roller until the end (even if it’s just for a nanosecond).

A powerful exhale will help you roll back up
