Let’s Rock and Roll on Day 9 of March Matness!
Today’s exercise is Open Leg Rocker
I love this exercise but I know not everyone does. For me the roller always makes it more challenging but I still have fun, do you?
With the roller connected to the legs (either way) work on the oppositional energy and connection of the hands with the legs.
You will feel your quads & hip flexors - hooray - we want them to be strong!
Remember, hands on the mat while you’re balanced on top of the roller until the end (even if it’s just for a nanosecond).
