Since it’s a Saturday you can play all day on your roller cause I’m sure you have zero other plans!

Today’s exercise is Spine Stretch

  • Something new - try not to knock it over (having a hard time sitting up straight? bend your knees)

  • When you hold the roller don’t push it away, try to move the crown of your head towards it

  • Pick it up off your thighs from the bottom of your shoulder blades
