Joseph Pilates’ original 34 exercises only include the first Two of the Five exercises we now do as the “Ab Series” Todays we look at the second one: Double Leg Stretch
Roller in arms - something to reach into
Roller on legs - oooh, how wiggly can you NOT be - which side of your belly or pelvis is not doing its share of the work???
A weird-ish one that I actually really like - check your neck and don’t overdo it

There is no Deep Dive on just the Double Leg Stretch, it’s combined with yesterday’s exercise, Single Leg Stretch, and one not on JP’s original list, The Scissors. Regardless, I know you’ll have fun with the HOW & WHY of these fab exercises:
