Joseph Pilates’ original 34 exercises only include the first Two of the Five exercises we now do as the “Ab Series” Todays we look at Single Leg Stretch

  • How deeply can you pull your leg into your chest? Especially when you don’t have your hands to help?

  • Got long arms? Try holding the roller behind your bum

  • As always, we can up the ante by lying on the roller and make it even more challenging by adding arms off the floor

Lemon tights make me happy :-)

There is no Deep Dive on just the Single Leg Stretch, it’s combined with tomorrow’s exercise, Double Leg Stretch, and one not on JP’s original list, The Scissors. Regardless, I know you’ll have fun with the HOW & WHY of these fab exercises:
