How deeply can you pull your leg into your chest? Especially when you don’t have your hands to help?
Got long arms? Try holding the roller behind your bum
As always, we can up the ante by lying on the roller and make it even more challenging by adding arms off the floor



There is no Deep Dive on just the Single Leg Stretch, it’s combined with tomorrow’s exercise, Double Leg Stretch, and one not on JP’s original list, The Scissors. Regardless, I know you’ll have fun with the HOW & WHY of these fab exercises:
