Single Leg Circle - a great place to check in on your stability/mobility scale.

The Roller adds challenges in different ways

  • Can you keep everything stable except that smoothly circling leg?

  • Holding it? Focus on your shoulders

  • Leg pressing down? What are your hips doing?

  • Find your mid-line zipper when you lie on it lengthwise (not shown in photos)
