Day 20: Side Leg Kicks
If you’ve done a mat class with me then you know that the Side Leg Kicks Series can have many, many, many variations. I’ve kept it simple for today so you can focus solely on the length of the spine and the level of the legs.
When you’re kicking to the front the leg is going to want to drop closer to the floor so you have to work the outer top hip.
Watch your neck placement, try to keep it as neutral as possible
