Welcome to Day 2 of March MATness!

The Roll Up - this can be such a challenge! Here are three reasons to persevere:

  • To see where in your rolling pathway is your “icky bit”

  • To work on your two way stretch and how to keep your spine long inside of the curve

  • To access your hip strength connecting it down into the legs and up into the torso and arms!
