Jackknife

Ready for a Challenge?


Day 19’s Exercise is Jackknife

Jackknife is an especially fun challenging exercise. As far as the flow, it’s pretty much smack dab in between exercise #3 Rollover (which has a smaller ROM) and exercise #33 Control Balance (which ups the balance challenge with the arm position).

  • This is another exercise where you need to press into the ends of the roller to give your shoulders some feedback.

  • The roller between the legs gives you all that feedback into your stronger/weaker side - try to even them out.

  • Play around with how much of the roller is towards your head or poking out the other end and feel the differences.
