Spine Twist

Welcome to Day 18 of March MATness! Let’s Go!

Spine Twist is a small but mighty exercise

  • Tight Hamstrings? Either bend your legs or sit on top of the roller.

  • Hold the roller over your head and you’ll feel exactly where the exercise comes from (and how small the movement actually is).

  • Keep the hips quiet in all three variations.
