The Hundred

just a reminder to try the exercise and let me know how it goes in the comments


The Hundred is such a Great Exercise. Here are three reasons why:

  • It trains us to hold up the weight of our shoulders and head from the upper abdominal muscles and the deep flexors in the front of the neck.

  • It trains us to hold up the weight of our legs from our hips and pelvis and deep abdominal muscles.

  • The pumping of the arms circulates our blood, warming up our muscles.
