The Hundred is such a Great Exercise. Here are three reasons why:
It trains us to hold up the weight of our shoulders and head from the upper abdominal muscles and the deep flexors in the front of the neck.
It trains us to hold up the weight of our legs from our hips and pelvis and deep abdominal muscles.
The pumping of the arms circulates our blood, warming up our muscles.
