I have noticed that my hamstrings are getting a bit more supple and stretchy as Im going along this pilates journey.......getting the shouder blades to move is also a struggle for me.
Ah those shoulder blades, if they’re sticky it affects so much else! Glad the hammies are starting to loosen a bit more and also glad you’re on this journey with me!!🤎
