March MATness 2026: Days 18-24
This week there are some really fun (but challenging) exercises including my absolute favourite of Joseph Pilates’ original 34 - Teaser!

Yes, I’m still rabbiting on about March MATness, I can’t help it, I’m a Pilates Nerd🤓
March is the month the worldwide Pilates community celebrates Joseph Pilates’ mat exercises. Over the 31 days of the month we explore his original 34 exercises in a campaign called March MATness.
Catch up on days One thru Three, Four thru Ten and Eleven thru Seventeen.
The next seven days:
Day 18 is Spine Twist. Day 19, Jackknife. Day 20, Side Leg Kicks. Day 21, Teaser (my fave!!). Day 22, Hip Circles. Day 23, Swimming. Annnnd Day 24, Leg Pulls, Front & Back (our second twofer day).









As we get closer to the end of the month a lot of the exercises dip into the more Int/Adv - Adv range so please take care - of course challenge yourself but pay attention to how your body is feeling.

March 18th, Spine Twist
March 19th, Jackknife
March 20th, Side Leg Kicks / Single Kick*
March 21st, Teaser
March 22nd, Hip Circles / Hip Twist*
March 23rd, Swimming
March 24th, Leg Pull Front & Leg Pull, aka Leg Pull Back
