I prefer this to the leg pull back!!! which way do the elbows have to face? I always get confused about that. Does it matter?
I cue from the hollows of the elbows and either have them facing each other for more anterior deets or facing forward which will mean more external humerus rotation so more work in the rotator cuff. Have a play and let me know what you think.
