May’s Combos:
SB+MB, NB+CB with the RB+MB+EB all together
As you fall into your restful sleep try this breathing exercise known as the 4, 7, 8 Breath.
Breathe in through your nose for a count of 4
Hold your breath for 7
Exhale through your mouth for 8
Repeat two more times, so three breaths total - easy peasy lemon squeezey
Boost your nutrition - make some savoury green waffles (trust me they’re delish!)
No waffle iron or don’t have the correct ingredients? I’ve made these as pancakes and substituted different greens and cheeses.
Be creative and play around with the accompaniments and sauces.
